Nos plan­ta­tions en chênes vert et en chênes pubescens brû­lent sur la quasi-to­talité de nos truf­fières.

J’ai planté 80 chênes verts truffiers de la maison Robin en 1999 et 9 ans après j’ai ra­massé mes 1ères truffes sous 6 ar­bres dif­férents. Au­jourd’hui en 2011, 7 ar­bres de plus ont donné, j’ai ré­colté plusieurs kilos de truffes sous en­viron 25 ar­bres.
